I still did it in it I did try to cook some stuff without flipping it and I just like that crispiness that it gives from the top element it did cook the bottom it didn't give that crispy feel that you get from it having that top element so as far as having to flip it over I still am having to shake or turn the items that are in it I haven't seen other than maybe it cooks a little faster any advantage to having the dual elements the new dual blaze does not have a preheat where this kasori does have a preheat and there's just a lot of times that I use the preheat it just I think it's because again I've had this one I've been used to the preheating so I don't see that being a problem and not having to preheat other than the fact that sometimes I might not have washed out my basket and then I go and stick it in there and it's wet and I turn the preheat on to dry the basket out that's a lot of times what I use my preheat for now sound wise the new kasori dual blaze it is super quiet

so as far as noise-wise
the kachori duel
is way quieter
than the old kachori but the door is
harder to close
on the dual blaze
and I don't know why and I still haven't
figured out the deal

another thing I know it's because I have
old eyes
I can read this display so much better

but in the beginning, i would have to put

this one was going to be a lot hotter to
the touch when it was running because it
does have the dual elements but it does
not get hot at all
it gets a little warm
but I cooked with it for 20 minutes one
day and I went and put my hands straight
on it and it was just warm it never got
to the point where I'm like oh this is
going to burn me so I think that it's
great for the fact that it does not get
hot this one is the same way though this
one doesn't get hot now I have to say
this one gets hotter
than this one on the top and I think
it's because of the way it's vented this
one has like a vent that goes around
here and then this one has the vent out
the back
but as far as the outside of them being
hot I didn't think that either one of
them gets hot at all

that you can run it with
